Tickets are $10 from the guild, with money profiting the guild, or $13 at the door with no profit to the guild. A limited number of paper tickets will be available, or you may go online to purchase your tickets. Look for the online link in your 05/18 Constant Contact email, or watch for it in the June newsletter.
There are 325 quilts entered in our judged show!
Drop Off* – Sunday 08/15 from 1pm to 5 pm. Location – Just as you come in the door from the parking garage. Parking is free for drop off.
Pick Up** – Saturday 08/21 from 5:45 – 7:00. You will be charged a babysitting fee if your entry isn’t picked up.
* If you can’t drop off your quilt at the alloted time, we would be happy to do it for you. Bring it to the July guild meeting, and see Joyce or Pat for a claim check.
** If you can’t pick up your quilt, Joyce or Pat can pick it up and bring it to the September guild meeting. If we did not also take it for you, we will need your claim check to pick it up. They won’t release your quilt to us without the claim check.
Ribbons and Prize Money – We are soliciting sponsors for prize money this year. The Sewing Expo has started us off with a generous donation. If you know someone, or a business that may like to be a sponsor, please click on the button below for a Sponsorship Form to present to them. Sponsorships are due by 07/01/21We appreciate your help!
Volunteers Needed: We can’t do this without your help. We need workers for our quilt show for set-up and take-down, guild booth sitters, white glove, ribbon runners etc. Contact Kay Valentine at firstname.lastname@example.org if you can help. Mini Quilt Silent Auction: We need your donations! This year we are allowing other items as well as mini quilts in the auction. Registration and instructions are online (see below). Bring your items no later than our June guild meeting and give to JoAnne Shepard or Mona Levingston or contact them at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.

Cost: $15 from guild (guild gets most profit) and $20 at the show
